your-reservations.com is a real-time Web-based resource reservation system . A highly flexible solution to manage from one to hundreds of your resources.

your-reservations.com is a web based system. No installations needed in the user PC. An internet browser is sufficient to start using the system.

Your account administrator can create any number of resource groups such as meeting rooms, cars, equipment, class rooms, buildings, sports facilities etc. After creating the resources it will be available instantly for booking.

your-reservations.com supports multiple locations or offices under a company. Each location can have its own properties like time zone, email recipients etc and each resource can be defined within each location and made available to users for booking.

The system screen display is currently available in English and Japanese.

The system supports data entry in any language including double byte languages like Japanese, Chinese etc.

The system can send email notifications to the participants, reception or selected optional participants automatically.

System has support for multiple time zones. Each location under a company can have its own time zone.

System supports viewing the booking in daily, weekly and monthly views.

Users can right click on a booking and copy and paste a booking to a different time slot thereby saving data entry time.

User can mouse over a booking and view important details of a booking.

Integration with popular scheduling applications such as Outlook and Lotus Notes are possible by receiving icalendar emails from your-reservations.com. Once the user accepts the icalendar mail, the booking will become available in user’s scheduling application.

 

Bookings can be repeated daily, weekly or monthly.

Company administrator can administer the functions very easily. Administrators can quickly create users, resources, catering food, drinks, generate reports etc.

Users can request for above services while making a resource reservation. Respective service contact person will be notified with the request details.

Room usage, booking summary, catering, audio video, voice conference reports can be easily generated and exported to Excel.

The system allows you to create an unlimited number of reservations. You can change the reservation details anytime quickly.

Administrator can easily add the company logo or change the captions displayed in the header and footer.
